The terms and conditions governing the use of Luxoriax Auto Group services and website.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Luxoriax Auto Group, you agree to these terms of service and our booking conditions.
Luxoriax Auto Group provides luxury car hire, chauffeur services, airport transfers, wedding transportation, fleet partnerships, and automotive upgrade services in Kampala and across Uganda.
All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at the time of booking confirmation.
These terms apply to all bookings, whether made through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp.

A booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Confirmation is issued by our team via phone, email, or WhatsApp with a reference number.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, timing, passenger details, and contact information when submitting a booking.
Luxoriax Auto Group reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested service cannot be safely or reasonably provided.

Our vehicles and chauffeur services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or prohibited activity.
Passengers must comply with Ugandan road safety laws, including seatbelt requirements, at all times during the journey.
Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and any behaviour that endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers is strictly prohibited.
You are liable for any damage to the vehicle interior or equipment caused by you or your guests during the service.

Luxoriax chauffeurs are employed or contracted by Luxoriax Auto Group and operate under our service standards and protocols.
Chauffeurs are authorised to refuse service or terminate a trip if passenger behaviour poses a safety risk or violates these terms.
Route decisions are made by the chauffeur based on traffic conditions, road safety, and the agreed itinerary. Reasonable requests for route changes are accommodated where possible.
Chauffeurs are bound by confidentiality regarding all passenger interactions, destinations, and conversations.

Luxoriax Auto Group carries comprehensive vehicle and passenger insurance as required by Ugandan law.
We are not liable for delays, missed appointments, or consequential losses arising from traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle breakdown, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
You agree to indemnify Luxoriax Auto Group against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during or after a trip.

All content on the Luxoriax Auto Group website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Luxoriax Auto Group or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any website content without prior written consent.
The Luxoriax name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Luxoriax Auto Group and may not be used without authorisation.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

Vehicle owners who submit applications through our partner form agree to provide accurate vehicle, insurance, and ownership details.
Submission of a partner application does not guarantee acceptance into the Luxoriax fleet network.
Accepted partners are subject to separate fleet partnership agreements that govern vehicle standards, service expectations, and revenue arrangements.
Luxoriax Auto Group reserves the right to reject or terminate a partnership at any time if service standards are not maintained.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with our concierge team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to our contact email within 14 days of the service date for timely resolution.

Luxoriax Auto Group may update these terms of service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of our services or website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
